A reporter for the Canada Free Press, JB Williams, has obtained copies of the documents that the Democratic National Committee used to affirm that Barrack Obama, i.e. Barry Soetoro, was constitutionally qualified to be for President.
One document includes the text that Obama and Joe Biden, Vice Presidential candidate at the time, “are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution.” That document was filed in Hawaii because Hawaii law requires that language to be used in the verification of presidential candidates. The other document that omits that specific text was used in the remaining 49 states.
Both documents were prepared by the DNC and signed by Nancy Pelosi and other officials of the DNC.
Williams had a handwriting expert examine the signatures on both documents. The unnamed expert concluded that all three persons that signed the document that included the constitutionally eligible clause were aware that it was not true at the time they signed it.
When asked to comment on the documents the Democratic National Committee acknowledges that they were aware of the documents but declined to comment further. Nancy Pelosi has not responded to repeated requests for comments as has the White House.
The bottom line is that the DNC lied about Obama’s eligibility to be president. But more importantly, their actions suggest that they are aware that Obama is not constitutionally eligible to be US President.
In contrast, the Republican National Committee (RNC) fully verified McCain’s constitutional eligibility; the DNC never ‘certified’ that Obama met all legal requirements for the office of president.
The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.”

Why doesn’t this surprise me? This is the most corrupt, evil and devious group of cretins who will do anything to undermine our constitution. Obama knows he isn’t constitutionally eligible to be president but he doesn’t care about that. He pays no attention to it, knew he was violating it even while taking the oath of office to defend and protect it. In his warped, sick mind the Constitution and our Bill of Rights are just impediments to him accomplishing his goal of controlling as many aspects of our lives as possible.
Bill, You're so right. The main stream media or the drive by media as Rush calls it pushed Obama into the whitye house the vote was very close and if it wasn't for the overwhelming media coverage that he was getting he would have lost.
Moreover, McCain contributed to his loss by running a lame campaign. But Conservatives already knew that McCain is not one of us. You can say that McCain is Republican Lite, not quite liberal but not quite Conservative.
Another example of corrupt people getting what they want, no matter what the law says. People need to start being held accountable. He [Obama] was their guy, so they were going to get him into office no matter what or even if it was ethical. The reason they picked a black president, was because they knew with the type of crap they were going to ram down our throats, no one else could get it done. Since he's black, people are afraid to speak out against what he's doing for fear of being called a racist. Insane.
Thomas D, The very thing the libs are doing right now! Anyone that disagrees with Obama, I mean Soetoro, is labeled a racist and the sad thing is that they go along with or apologize or modify their comments in some way instead of standing up for themselves.
Being Hispanic, I don't suffer from White Guilt. If any “demoncrat” calls me a racist for disagreeing with Barry, I'll spit in his eye.
I think it's time we Conservatives stop apologizing for being Conservative. And if the liberals don't like that, well I have two words for them!
